Auction Schedule
Bidding Opens: Friday, August 28 at 8:00 AM
Bidding Begins Closing: Monday, August 31 at 5:00 PM
Inspection: Friday August 28th from 9am to 2pm ONLY!
Load Out: Tuesday September 1st from 9am to 6pm and Wednesday September 2nd from 9am to 3pm.
Terms
- No Buyer's Premium
- Minnesota sales tax applies to all purchases.
- All firearm purchasers must successfully complete a 4473 federal background check before taking possession of any firearm.
- All items need to be picked up at our location. NO SHIPPING

Terms of Sale
Payment and Item Removal
If you are the successful bidder on an item, you are responsible for paying for and removing your purchases during the scheduled load-out period. Failure to pay for or pick up your items during the scheduled load-out may result in you being banned from participating in future auctions.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting items and determining condition prior to bidding.
Firearm Purchases
All firearm purchases are subject to applicable state and federal laws. Buyers must successfully pass the required background check before taking possession of any firearm. The registered bidder must be the individual completing and passing the background check.
Buyer's Premium
The State has elected to pay 100% of the auction commission; therefore, there is no buyer's premium for this auction.
Sales Tax
Minnesota sales tax of 7.375% will apply to applicable purchases unless the buyer provides valid documentation establishing a sales tax exemption.
Staggered Ending and Extended Bidding
This is a staggered-ending auction. One or more items will close each minute. Please check the Auction Details page for the specific closing schedule for each auction.
If a bid is placed on an item within the final 3 minutes before its scheduled closing time, the bidding period for that item will automatically be extended. Bidding will continue to extend as necessary until no additional bids are placed for 3 minutes. Extended bidding on one item does not affect the closing times of other items.
Technology Failure
In the event of a technology failure or interruption, Hiller Auction reserves the right to restart or extend the auction from the point of failure. The auction may continue beyond its originally scheduled closing time.

A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions only. Debit card transactions will not be charged the 3% convenience fee.
