Upcoming Auctions

Gates open at 11:00 AM and Bidding starts at 1:00 PM.  A list will be posted Wednesday prior to the auction if provided by the city. There will not be individual pictures of the vehicles as this is a live in person auction. 

Bidding opens Friday, March 13 at 8:00 AM and begins closing Monday, March 16 at 5:00 PM. All items are located at the Auction Barn in Zimmerman.  10785 261st Ave NW, Zimmerman, MN 55398 Inspection will be available Saturday, March 14 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, March 16 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Load out will take place Tuesday, March 17 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, March 18 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items must be paid for and removed during these times. All firearm purchases will require completion of a standard 4473 background check. Firearms listed as “Permit Required” will require either a valid Permit to Purchase or a Permit to Carry. For out-of-state buyers, any firearm listed as “Permit Required” must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your home state. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Jeff Nelson of Lind-Nelson Construction Retirement Sale – Phase Three Another excellent selection of vehicles, equipment, trailers, tools, construction equipment, materials, and more will be offered in this third phase of the retirement sale. Inspection times: Saturday, April 11 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, April 13 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.   Load-out:  Tuesday, April 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, April 15 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items are located on site at 3794 299th Ave NW, Isanti, MN 55040. No shipping or hauling is available. All items must be picked up at the location. Sales tax and registration will be charged to vehicles and trailers. Hiller Auction will transfer all titles.
