Auction Details: Gates open at 8:30 AM Bidding begins at 10:30 AM Registration Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Valid government-issued photo ID required $5 bidder registration fee Open to the public Additional Information: A list of available vehicles will be posted by Thursday, April 9 No photos will be available, as this is a live, in-person bidding-only auction Payment & Removal: All vehicles must be paid for in cash by 4:00 PM on the day of the sale All purchases must be removed no later than Monday, April 13

Jeff Nelson of Lind-Nelson Construction Retirement Sale – Phase Three Another excellent selection of vehicles, equipment, trailers, tools, construction equipment, materials, and more will be offered in this third phase of the retirement sale. Inspection times: Saturday, April 11 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, April 13 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.   Load-out:  Tuesday, April 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, April 15 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items are located on site at 3794 299th Ave NW, Isanti, MN 55040. No shipping or hauling is available. All items must be picked up at the location. Sales tax and registration will be charged to vehicles and trailers. Hiller Auction will transfer all titles. 

Gates open at 11:30 and bidding starts at 1pm. Must be 18 years old or older $5 bid card entry fee.  A list will be posted by Wednesday prior to the sale if provided by the city.
