Gates open at 11:00 and bidding starts at 1pm. A list will be posted Wednesday prior to the sale if provided by the city.

Bidding opens Friday, February 13th at 8:00 AM and closes Monday, February 16th at 5:00 PM. All items are located at the Auction Barn, 10785 261st Ave NW, Zimmerman, MN 55398. Inspection times are Saturday, February 14th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, February 16th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Load out will be held Tuesday, February 17th from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, February 18th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items must be paid for and picked up during these times. Firearms purchases require completion of a 4473 background check. For out-of-state bidders, any item marked “permit required” must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the bidder’s home state. A 12% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

Jeff Nelson of Lind-Nelson Construction Retirement Sale – Phase Two Another excellent selection of tools, construction equipment, materials, and more will be offered in this second phase of the retirement sale. Inspection times are Saturday, February 21 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Monday, February 23 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Load-out will be Tuesday, February 24 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. All items are located on site at 3794 299th Ave NW, Isanti, MN 55040. No shipping or hauling is available. All items must be picked up at the location.

Drop off dates will be: We will be Closed Tuesday February 24th! Monday February 23rd, Wednesday February 25th and Thursday February 26th from 9am to 5pm. We will not be taking any outside general merchandise items until spring.   Firearms and ammo drop off dates will be Monday February 23rd through February 26th from 9am to 5pm and Monday March 2nd through Thursday March 5th from 9am to 5pm. Vehicles, Trailers, Powersports and Larger out door items will be Monday March 2nd through Thursday March 5th from 9am to 5pm and Monday March 9th and Tuesday March 10th from 9am to 5pm.
