Hiller
Auction Service Inc has conducted heavy equipment and farm
equipment auctions since 2002. You may find auction companies
who have been at it longer, but none that work harder for
their sellers. We don’t take our customers
for granted. We never have and we never will. Whether you
are a one-man company or a larger operation with many employees,
we want your business!
We offer sellers multiple options
when selling equipment. You can choose to bring your items to a consignment
auction at our facility or have one of us come to your location for
an on-site auction.
You can choose a live auction, a live
auction w/ internet bidding available, as well as timed internet
only auction.
The
most important thing for a seller to do at our consignment
auctions is to let us know of your items PRIOR to advertising
deadline. There is no need to deliver the items until 14
days before the auction, just call us with descriptions of
your equipment. Instead
of adding your item to an auction because there are 4 or
5 like it, why not be the seller with equipment on the flyer
that buyers come to buy. A properly advertised piece of equipment
is truest indicator of current market value.
Based on feedback from
our sellers, we will be using the same seller paid commission
scale we have used on all auctions other than our equipment
auctions. For all items selling for $800 and up, SELLERS
PAY 0% COMMISSION.
We do allow sellers to set minimum bids. Our no sale fee
is 3% of the minimum amount with a maximum out of pocket
of $200 per item.
After selling your equipment
with Hiller Auction Service, your check will be on its way
to you within 10 banking days after the auction. Hiller Auction
Service inc. is a licensed auto auctioneer. We collect the
necessary fees and transfer all titles. No one will be driving
a vehicle that is still in your name. Upon seller request,
buyers will sign a form agreeing to remove all previous company
info from vehicles. |
